On March 13, 2023 at 11:43 a.m., Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Emily Drive for a domestic disturbance. An investigation revealed that Arnold assaulted the victim, causing her to sustain bodily injury. Arnold was arrested at the scene and was processed and arraigned on the above charges. A preliminary hearing will be held on a later date.
