On July 20, 2022, the Upper Allen Police received a report of a stolen vehicle from a local business. When the vehicle was recovered, items belonging to the victim were missing from the vehicle. Following an investigation, it was determined that Koyla Fisler was responsible for the theft of the vehicle, as well as the damages to the local business. An arrest warrant was obtained and Fisler was arrested on March 14, 2023. The preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
