On March 8 2023, Upper Allen Police received a complaint for two retail thefts from a local grocery store. A total of $1,164 of items had been stolen in two separate trips by the same suspect. An investigation revealed that Malinda White was the suspect. Based on prior retail theft convictions, a felony warrant was issued for White’s arrest. On March 28, 2023, White was arrested by police in Dauphin County for unrelated charges. On June 1, 2023, a preliminary hearing was held and the retail theft charges were bound over to the Court of Common Pleas.
