In February of 2023 the Upper Allen Police began to investigate an incident where a female victim reported that she was sexually assaulted by Tristan Hanshaw on several occasions over the past few years. As a result of the investigation, Hanshaw was charged with (2) counts of aggravated indecent assault and voluntarily surrendered. Hanshaw was arraigned and preliminary hearing will take place at a later date.
