On Thursday, December 8, 2022, around 3:30 AM, Upper Allen Police were patrolling the 500 block of Geneva Drive when they came upon a stolen Virginia registration plate affixed to a BMW sedan. At the time, the BMW was not occupied, but the stolen Virginia registration plate was seized by police. The next day around 11:00 PM, Upper Allen Police found the same BMW parked at the location with a Pennsylvania registration plate attached. The Pennsylvania registration plate did not belong to the BMW and was later determined to be stolen. The investigation found that the vehicle belonged to the defendant, Justin Dean-Andrews. Justin Dean-Andrews was charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property.
On Thursday, June, 1, 2023, a preliminary hearing was held and the defendant pled guilty to one count of Receiving Stolen Property.
