On Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at about 10:15 a.m., the Upper Allen Police Department received information that Gerald Clemens had violated a Protection from Abuse Order. After an investigation, Clemens was located in the 4000 block of North Front St, Harrisburg, PA and arrested without incident. Clemens was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment.
