On Sunday, September 10, 2023, at around 6:00 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a private residence in the 2400 block of South Market Street for a crash. An investigation revealed that Danielle Schwartz drove her car onto private property and became stuck in the woods behind the residence. Schwartz was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
