On Monday, June 12, 2023 at about 1:54 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a hit and run crash near the intersection of E. Lisburn Road and McCormick Road. On Thursday, November 2, 2023 Hill appeared for a preliminary hearing and plead guilty to lesser offenses.
