On Monday, August 21, 2023 at 7:35 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a local convenience store for a report of an active retail theft. While investigating this incident, it was learned that the suspect, Kenneth Deavor, had stolen merchandise and fled from the scene. Charges were filed on Deavor and a preliminary hearing was held on November 9, 2023 where Deavor plead guilty.
