On November 12, 2023 at approximately 10:05 PM, Upper Allen Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle. The operator, Sekou Johnson, did not stop. Once Johnson arrived home, he fled on foot before being taken into custody. Johnson was transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing. Following an investigation, it was discovered that Johnson provided false information about his identity to police, his driver’s license was DUI suspended, and the vehicle he was driving contained marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
