On September 28, 2023, Upper Allen Police received the report of a theft at a local business. An investigation determined that Mark Pratt used modified currency to withdraw coins from a coin machine at the business. An arrest warrant was issued and on December 4, 2023, Pratt surrendered to police. On January 25, 2024, a preliminary hearing was held and Pratt pled guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking.
