On Thursday, June 6, 2024, at approximately 8:00 am the pictured dog was found in the 500 block of East Winding Hill. The Corgi is wearing a blue harness and is not believed to be chipped. Anyone with information regarding the owner(s) of the dog is asked to call the Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
