On Friday, June 7, 2024, at approximately 9:45 AM, the Upper Allen Police responded to the intersection of Williams Grove Road and Sinclair Road for a two-vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation determined that the operator of the white Toyota Rav4 was stopped in the north-bound lane of Williams Grove Road, waiting for oncoming traffic to pass so it could turn left onto Sinclair Road. The driver of the white Mazda CX3 was traveling north on Williams Grove Road and did not realize the Rav4 was stopped. The Mazda rear-ended the Toyota, causing significant damage. Both operators reported injuries and were evaluated by medical personnel, but refused transport to hospitals.
The Upper Allen Police Department was assisted at the crash scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department, Mechanicsburg Fire Department, Upper Allen Fire Police and Life Lion EMS.
