On Sunday, June 9, 2024 at about 4:23 a.m., Upper Allen Police responded to the scene of a rollover crash at the intersection of MT Allen Drive and E. Lisburn Road. East Pennsboro Township Police as well as Lower Allen Township Police had pursued a stolen Chevy Suburban into Upper Allen Township. The Upper Allen Township Police were not involved in the vehicle pursuit. The operator of the vehicle lost control and crashed into a railroad embankment, causing the vehicle to rollover. The operator was determined to be an unlicensed juvenile. The juvenile driver was transported to PSU Hershey Medical Center for minor injuries. The East Pennsboro Township Police will be handling the criminal charges related to the pursuit. Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by Upper Allen Fire Department.
