On Monday, July 15, 2024, at approximately 3:25 PM the Upper Allen Police investigated a two-vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of West Lisburn Road and Gettysburg Pike. It was determined that both vehicles were stopped for a red traffic signal at that location. The driver of the tan Armanda, immediately behind the white MDX, was distracted by something outside their vehicle. When traffic in the adjacent lane began moving, the Armanda operator also began moving, not realizing that traffic in their lane was still stopped. The Armada rear-ended the MDX, causing minor damage. The operator of the MDX reported a possible injury, but refused to be evaluated by EMS.
