In July of 2024, Upper Allen Police received the report of a minor who had been sexually assault by an adult. An investigation followed and Christopher Jaquay was identified as the suspect. In September of 2024, charges were filed against Jaquay and an arrest warrant was issued. On Friday, September 25, 2024, Jaquay voluntarily surrendered to police. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a later date.
