In June 2024, Upper Allen Police received a report of shoplifting from a local grocery store. The report received found that a female suspect had failed to pay for items on four separate occasions in April and May 2024 while paying for other grocery items. The investigation identified Morales as the suspect and she was charged with retail theft.
On October 31, 2024, a preliminary hearing was scheduled in this case and Morales plead guilty to the retail theft offense.
