On September 10, 2024 at approximately 0855 hours, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to an assault that had occurred at a residence. An investigation found that the suspect, Jodie Peters, and another male, arrived at the victim’s residence and an altercation occurred. During the altercation, Peters struck the victim in the head numerous times causing injury. Charges were filed against Peters and resulted in the issuance of an arrest warrant. Peters was arrested and arraigned on the warrant on October 8, 2024. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for a later date.
