On September 10, 2024 at approximately 8:55 AM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to an assault that had occurred at a residence. An investigation determined that the suspect, Matthew Snyder, and another female, arrived at the victim’s residence and a physical altercation occurred. During the altercation, Snyder kicked the victim’s car causing damage. Charges were filed against Snyder and a preliminary hearing was held on November 14, 2024. Snyder waived the preliminary hearing and the charges were bound over to Cumberland County Court.
