On Monday, October 28th at 2:35 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a single vehicle crash on US Route 15 at mile marker 37.3 southbound. It was determined that a deer had run out into traffic and was struck by a Nissan sedan. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The driver of the vehicle reported a minor injury but did not required EMS.
