Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended
On Sunday, December 8, 2024, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Stonehedge Lane for a report of a domestic disturbance. While investigating the disturbance, officers were notified that Michael Grice was to be in possession of a firearm. While on scene officers found a handgun in a bag that Grice had in his possession. Further investigation revealed Grice had criminal history that prohibited him from possessing a firearm and had a DUI suspended drivers license. Charges were filed and on December 26, 2024 a preliminary hearing was held. Grice waived the preliminary hearing.
