On Monday, December 30, 2024, Upper Allen Police investigated the theft of a package from the front porch of a residence. The investigation identified Kevin Pifer as the suspect. On December 31, 2024 Upper Allen Police conducted a traffic stop on Pifer’s vehicle and he was taken into custody for the theft. Pifer was transported to the Cumberland County Central Booking for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
