Upper Allen Police announce the hiring of Augustine Citrone. Officer Citrone has started his Field Training Program and we are looking forward to having him complement our professional staff, which is 26 officers. Officer Citrone was administered his oath of office by Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Judge Christylee Peck on January 3, 2025.
