In January 2025, Upper Allen Police began investigating a retail theft at a local business. One of the two suspects was arrested and a media release was published here. The second suspect, Brionna Bradberry, was apprehended pursuant to an arrest warrant. A preliminary hearing was held on May 8, 2025, and the charges were bound over to the Court of Common Pleas.
