On May 8, 2025 at approximately 6:00 p.m. Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of Gettysburg Pike and East Winding Hill Road for the report of a three vehicle crash. Upon arrival police learned that a vehicle being driven by Carla Stinson had taken the turn from Gettysburg Pike to East Winding Hill Road too sharply and crashed head on with another vehicle. During the investigation, Stinson was determined to be DUI and was arrested. She was then transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
