On May 29, 2025, Upper Allen Police received a report that Dominique Jackson SR. had assaulted a female victim and threatened her with a knife. Upper Allen Police responded to the residence and, after an investigation, Jackson was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Booking for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 12, 2025.
