On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at approximately 6:14 PM, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a report of an altercation in the 1st block of E. Lisburn Rd. Following an investigation, police identified Brandon Briggs and an adult female as being involved. The investigation revealed that just prior to the dispatch, Brandon Briggs strangled the female and caused bodily injury. Briggs left the area shortly before officers arrived. An arrest warrant was issued, and Briggs was subsequently taken into custody. He was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
