On Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025 the pictured dog was found in the Rosegarden neighborhood. The dog has a green collar but there is no identifying information attached. The dog was also attached to a wire lead with a ground stake as well. Anyone with information regarding the dog’s owner is asked to contact the Upper Allen Police at 717-795-2445. An anonymous tip line is also available by calling or texting 717-850-UAPD (8273).
