On Thursday, November 27, 2025, at approximately 9:35 AM, the Upper Allen Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Garden Drive for a reported physical domestic incident. The investigation determined that Brown strangled and physically assaulted an adult female household member. Brown was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing and arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held on a later date.
