On Monday, December 1, 2025, at around 8:00 P.M., Upper Allen Police were dispatched to a crash on US Route 15 southbound near the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Officers responded and determined that a tractor-trailer had left its lane of travel and struck another vehicle. A third vehicle was damaged while attempting to avoid the wreckage. One of the operators was transported to Penn State Health Holy Spirit Hospital for further evaluation. The Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department, Upper Allen Fire Police, and Penn State Health Life Lion EMS.
