On Thursday, December 18, 2025, at approximately 11:31 p.m., Upper Allen Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on US Route 15 North near mile marker N36.9. The investigation revealed that the operator of a yellow Ford Transit experienced a sudden medical emergency, causing them to lose control of the vehicle and collide with a tractor-trailer. The driver of the Ford Transit was treated at the scene and transported by EMS to a local hospital for further evaluation; no other injuries were reported.
