At approximately 6:00 PM Upper Allen Police responded to a location on 300 block of Hemlock Road in the village of Grantham for a report of a domestic disturbance and a person armed with a firearm. At this time, Police believe that person has barricaded themselves inside of a residence. Police have established a secure perimeter and there is not believed to be a threat to the community however, police are asking residents and motorists to avoid the area at this time.
