MARCH 27, 2013 UPDATE: LEAH MCCARTNEY HAS BEEN LOCATED AND IS SAFE.

On March 23, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., Upper Allen Police received a report that McCartney had fled her residence in the 400 block of Berkshire Road. McCartney was last seen wearing black stretch pants, black shoes and carrying a green bag/backpack. Police are attempting to locate McCartney and are asking the public for assistance. McCartney has similar hair as pictured but is believed to have one side of her head shaved to a buzz cut.
