Upper Allen Officers were dispatched to a crash in the 1600 block of Fisher Road on December 16, 2014 at 3:09 PM. Officers arrived to find a single vehicle had crashed into a tree. Officers spoke with the juvenile driver of the vehicle and determined the juvenile failed to negotiate a sharp left turn due in part to the roadway being wet. The juvenile was treated by ambulance personnel for a minor injury.
