Upper Allen Police Search for an Armed Man Who Sexually Assaulted Victim

Upper Allen Police are searching for a man who sexually assaulted a woman in her residence in the 1000 block of Lancaster Boulevard. The suspect stated he was armed.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 11th at approximately 8:30 PM and the suspect was last seen running in the area of Geneva Drive and Nanroc Drive.

The suspect is described as a black male, tall and thin in his twenty’s. The suspect was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

Upper Allen Police were assisted by Lower Allen Police, East Pennsboro Police and the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office – Bureau of Justice Services.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident and suspect to contact Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676. Additionally, Upper Allen Police encourage residents to immediately report any suspicious activity by dialing 9-1-1.
