On December 7 at 8:20 AM Upper Allen Police responded to a single vehicle crash on US Route 15 south near mile marker 36.0, just south of West Lisburn Road. On arrival, Henderson was found behind the wheel and unconscious. Witnesses reported seeing Henderson’s vehicle traveling at speeds near an estimated 100 mph just prior to the crash. While swerving through traffic at high speeds, Henderson lost control of her vehicle and ultimately slammed into the center jersey barrier median. Her vehicle then spun and came to rest on the right side of the roadway. Henderson was transported to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for treatment. Police were assisted on scene by the Upper Allen and Dillsburg Fire Departments, Lower Allen EMS, and Upper Allen Fire Police.
