Police Investigate Overnight Residential Burglaries

On Thursday, December 10, 2015 Upper Allen Police investigated three (3) residential burglaries in the Ashcombe Farms development area off of West Lisburn Road. During the overnight night hours of 12/09/15 into 12/10/15 someone entered unlocked occupied homes and took purses, cash, an iPad, a cellular phone and other items that were easy to carry. The homes were located on Lobach Drive, Cocklin Court and Shoff Court in the area of the orange arrows. The arrows do not indicate the precise location of the crimes, but rather the area of the street. The red arrow indicates the approximate location where some of the items the suspect(s) abandoned were located.

Police also remind residents to lock their cars and homes (especially overnight) to prevent similar type crimes. Some residents have also found it useful to install surveillance cameras which can be purchased at reasonable prices both locally and on the internet.
