UPDATE: The dog has been reunited with its owner.
On Saturday, January 9, 2016 at approximately 8:39 PM a chocolate lab was found at Daybreak Church in the 300 block of Gettysburg Pike. The dog has a blue collar but no tags. He is estimated to be about 100 lbs. Anyone with information about who the owner may be is asked to call Upper Allen Police at 717-238-9676.
