The Upper Allen Police responded to a minor crash in the 1200 block of South York Street on February 4, 2016 at 3:22 PM. Stanley Laughman was stopped behind a vehicle turning left into Paulus’ Farm Market. Irwin was traveling south and approaching the stopped traffic. Irwin did not notice the traffic was stopped ahead of him in time to stop. Irwin’s vehicle struck Laughman’s vehicle from behind. Irwin’s vehicle needed to be towed from the scene. A passenger in Laughman’s vehicle reported a minor injury, but did not require medical attention at the scene.
