On Friday, August 25, 2017 at approximately 6:15 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Shingus Circle for the report of a found dog. The above pictured dog was found in the back yard of a resident’s home. The male Yellow Lab has a red/black “Arsenal” collar but no tags. The dog is friendly, well groomed and well taken care of.
