On Monday, October 30, 2017, Upper Allen Police responded to the 1000 block of S. Market St for the report of a man trespassing inside a motor home parked in a resident’s driveway. The suspect was described as a tall white male, wearing a black winter hat, a white puffy coat, and tan Carhartt pants. The suspect told the homeowner he had been up the street drinking with some friends before fleeing on foot.
