On November 9, 2017 at approximately 9:30 pm Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 600 blk of E Winding Hill Rd for a traffic accident. Upon arrival police learned that the blue Hyundai Sonata on scene had been travelling east and had collided with a vehicle travelling west. The vehicle travelling west then left the scene and is described only as a sedan with front end damage.
