In the morning hours of January 11, 2018, Upper Allen Police were called about a white miniature schnauzer type dog walking in the middle of the street on Wilson Road at Nanroc Drive. The dog appears to be older and is possibly deaf. There is no collar on the dog to identify it, however, there is a noticeable dark patch on its lower back.
