The dog pictured above was found this morning in the 400 block of E. Winding Hill Road and is wearing an Invisible Fence collar.
The person who found the dog will be holding it until the owner is found. If you are the owner, or you know who the owner might be, please call the Upper Allen police at either 717-795-2445 or 717-238-9676 so that we may put you in touch with the person holding the dog.
