On Tuesday, January 30, 2018 approximately 7:00 PM Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the intersection of East Lisburn Road and Arcona Road for a hit and run crash involving two vehicles. The investigation revealed that a white box truck was traveling east on East Lisburn Road. Baker was on Arcona Road and crossing over East Lisburn RD when his vehicle was struck in the intersection by the white box truck. The white box truck continued on without stopping. A passenger in Baker’s vehicle sustained minor injuries. The box truck would likely have significant damage to the front passenger side bumper area.
