On Monday, March 12, 2018, at approximately 3:25 PM Upper Allen Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Lisburn Road and Mt. Allen Drive. The investigation revealed that Jayne failed to stop at a posted stop sign on East Lisburn Road traveling east. As she entered the intersection, Foster was traveling west through the intersection and was unable to avoid the collision with Jayne. Both vehicles suffered severe damage and were towed from the scene. Foster and Jayne both reported minor injuries, but refused evaluation by EMS.
