On May 30, 2018 at approximately 2:30 pm Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 1st block of Gettysburg Pike for a two car crash. The investigation determined that Kraber had crashed into Wisa as he backed out of a driveway onto Gettysburg Pike. Kraber, Wisa, and a passenger in Wisa’s vehicle were all injured during the crash.
