The Upper Allen Police responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of South Market Street and Shepherdstown Road on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at approximately 3:15 PM. The investigation determined that a vehicle driven by Baker pulled from a stop sign and into the path of a vehicle driven by Harry. Harry attempted to avoid Baker’s vehicle, but was unsuccessful. The two vehicles collided causing disabling damage to Baker’s vehicle and moderate damage to Harry’s vehicle. Baker suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance for medical treatment. The Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department and Geisinger Holy Spirit EMS personnel.
