On Monday, July 9, 2018, Upper Allen Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Geneva Drive for the report of a daytime burglary with personal property stolen. A witness described seeing a black male, approximately 5’10” with short hair seen leaving the victim’s residence in a gray hooded sweatshirt. He was driving a black full size sedan, possibly a Chrysler 300. The time frame is roughly between 10:30 am and 12:00 noon.
