**UPDATE** The dog has been reunited with its owner.
At around 8:30 AM on Saturday, August 11, Upper Allen Police found the pictured dog in the 600 block of Old Grove Road. The dog was dragging a broken cable lead. Anyone with information regarding the owner of the dog is asked to call 717-238-9676.
